#20: More Produce Rescue
In today’s fast-moving society, we don’t have time to stop at the market each morning to purchase what we’ll need for the day. Instead, to save valuable time, we try to keep our shopping to once a week, buying as much as possible. Over-purchasing produce is such a common phenomenon that we can’t help but bring it up again and again.

Fortunately, there is also a slew of tricks to make your fruits and veggies last longer until you can use them up. If you find yourself with an abundance of leafy greens that won’t be used before they wilt, loosely wrap them in a damp tea towel and store them in your refrigerator. This will keep them fresh for up to 10 days.
