#15: A Second Life for Stale Bread
It’s such a disappointment when a loaf of bread goes stale. It feels like such a waste to toss it, but there’s no way you can eat it without breaking your teeth. Or is there? Try this tip to revive it when you find your bread has turned rock hard but hasn’t turned moldy yet.

Run your bread under the faucet for a minute, then pop it in the oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes. Your bread will seem like a fresh loaf! From there, you can serve it along with some soup, freeze it to use later, or cut up and bake for croutons.
