This small-town scandal is definitely not one to joke about. It’s a tragedy that a young girl felt like she had no other option than to hide her pregnancy and try to endure abuse from her boyfriend. And to then give birth alone in her bedroom, only to dispose of the baby in such a heartless way.

It’s truly gut-wrenching. It’s important to remember that in situations like these, we need to offer support and resources to those who feel like they have nowhere else to turn. Let’s make sure that no one in our community ever feels like they have to go through something like this alone.
