Religious Cults

We’ve got ourselves a real-life Footloose situation here. A religious cult that makes up 50% of the town’s population is something straight out of a horror movie. And ex-communication as a punishment? That’s not very forgiving. Sure, we’ve all got our beliefs, but when they start infringing on other people’s freedoms, things get problematic. 

It’s like that old saying, “my freedom ends where yours begins” – or in this case, “my religion ends where your sanity begins.” But hey, maybe the cult is just misunderstood. Maybe they’re really into potluck dinners and community service. Or they’re plotting to take over the town. We’ll have to wait and see.
