Sport Obsession

It sounds like this town’s priorities are a little out of whack. Sure, sports are fun and all, but what about the arts and education? Don’t they deserve a little love too? It’s almost like they are trying to train the next generation of Olympic athletes instead of well-rounded individuals with a variety of interests.

Perhaps this town’s leaders need to take a step back and consider the bigger picture. Sure, sports can be a great way to build community and get some exercise, but they shouldn’t come at the expense of other important infrastructure like libraries or cultural centers.
