Running Out of Ideas

It looks like taking down a memorial didn’t solve all the problems faced by the black community! Who would have thunk it? It’s almost like there’s more to racial inequality than just tearing down statues. But don’t worry white people; there are still plenty of other ideas out there!

How about actually listening to and uplifting the voices of black leaders and activists? Taking down a statue might seem like an easy fix, but real progress requires more than just symbolic gestures. It’s time for white people to step up and do the hard work of dismantling racism, one systemic issue at a time.
