#30: Died Before Finishing His Last Role
In 2018, Reynolds was cast in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, where he was set to play George Spahn, the real-life ranch owner who let Charles Manson’s followers live on his property. However, Reynolds died before filming his scenes, leading to the role recast with Bruce Dern.

Tarantino later expressed deep regret that Reynolds never got to bring the character to life, as he believed Reynolds would have been perfect for the part. Even at 82 years old, Reynolds was still eager to work, proving his passion for acting never faded.
