#38: It’s a Jungle Out There

OK, on the one hand, I do feel sorry for this poor woman who lost all of the items that she had so carefully picked out for herself. Undoubtedly she thought that she could turn her back on her cart for one second, and people would not be so brazen as to steal items out of it.

On the other hand, though I do understand how someone might think that, it doesn’t make her any less foolish for believing it. This is Black Friday, woman! Normal social mores go out the window when people are trying to get their hands on a heavily discounted KitchenAid. You can’t trust anyone out there. She forgot that fact, and paid the price.
