#24: Black Friday of the Dead
This next story is just a delight. It’s so beautifully told and cinematic that I can see the scene unfolding in my mind’s eye: slowly opening doors, the manager’s dawning awareness that something is not right, the terrifying pursuit through the mall.

And now that it has been pointed out, I can’t believe that no one has made a zombie movie about Black Friday. It could be about a zombie virus that gets released at a crowded mall and quickly spreads through all the shoppers, but the newly turned zombies would still be focused on their obsession before they turned: getting their hands on a cheap cell phone. It would be a commentary on commercialism. It would win Oscars.
