#20: Bathroom Break

Here is a fascinating fact that might interest some Black Friday shoppers: store employees are humans too. They have physical bodies, and that means that sometimes they need to do things like eat and use the bathroom. So to be upset at someone taking a bathroom break is beyond ridiculous.

If I had been in that situation, I would have leaned over to the nearest people booing me, explained that I hadn’t been to the bathroom in four hours, and offered that I could stay at my post if they would let me use their cart as a toilet. Which is why it’s probably good that I don’t have a customer service job.
