Straight Hair, Don’t Care

A lot of people these days prefer to wear their hair straightened rather than their natural hairstyle, which might be wavy or curly. Personally, we think wavy hair is beautiful, but straight hair has always been winning in popularity in Western society. It’s all a matter of cultural trends and what’s considered beautiful at the moment.

However, your personal opinion on hairstyles shouldn’t affect your judgment when it comes to hiring new employees. Refusing someone a job because you don’t like their straightened hair isn’t just odd, but it might be illegal. A person’s physical appearance shouldn’t factor in when they interview for a job! It has nothing to do with their relevant skills.
