#25: A Glitch in the Matrix

You never know who you’re going to meet when you’re online dating. You just have to trust that people are who they say they are and look out for red flags. This person was chatting with someone on a dating app and things were going well, so he asked for her number. That’s when things got kind of weird and a red flag went up. 

The girl shared her phone number with him, but it was the exact same number as his with a different area code. That seemed super weird, but he texted the number just to see what would happen. Turns out, it was a false alarm. It actually was the girl’s number and she wasn’t a weirdo! It just seemed weird at first because what are the odds of someone having the exact same number as you?!
