It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that eating well and sleeping enough will improve your mental health.

These days, there’s hydrotherapy, hypnotherapy, aromatherapy, art therapy, massage therapy, play therapy, acupuncture, agriculture, horticulture, and horse riding, but each of these will set you back hundreds of bucks. So whether it’s chess or gardening, don’t forget there are plenty of ways to cope.
