#47: Not Creepy, Just a Creep

Unfortunately, I’m sure this is something that’s happened to many girls and young women, and even men, at least once before. This isn’t really a paranormal, unexplainable story; it’s a story about a creepy, stalker neighbor. A lot of people had to deal with a neighbor like that.

Although, it probably wouldn’t make her feel better knowing that this is something a lot of people have experienced before. If anything, it might make her feel even more scared, knowing how many creeps are out there. The fact that he stood there for fifteen minutes even after she caught sight of him is weird, sure, but not unexplainable and not unheard of, unfortunately.
