#9: Stay Hydrated
Some people may get annoyed by the constant barrage of messages on social media about drinking water. The truth is that staying hydrated is extremely important. We all need to drink water regularly, even when we’re working out. Drinking water whenever we feel thirsty is a good rule of thumb.

That sounds simple, but it’s not always that easy. Don’t push yourself to the edge of exhaustion. Take breaks and drink water. Some people even set a strict schedule to ensure they’re getting enough water. Dehydration is no joke. It feels awful, and it can be lethal if the situation is dire.
