Many of our moms and grandmas always had Vicks VapoRub on hand to cure all maladies. Well, they were onto something. Vicks, Vaseline, and other petroleum products can help prevent nose bleeds and even stop small cuts from bleeding. Someone on Reddit shared that they get constant bloody noses. In order to prevent nosebleeds, they regularly apply Vaseline to the tip of their nose. 

Vaseline helps keep their nose moisturized, reducing the number of nose bleeds each year. Other people use other brands like Blistex, too. Give this trick a try if you get constant nosebleeds. Sometimes, trying something new can really help.
