#35: Coffee to the Rescue, Again
We often hear how “bad” salty foods and coffee are for us. However, our bodies do need a certain amount of salt to function properly. One situation where salty foods are welcome is when you have low blood pressure. If your blood pressure drops, eat some salty snacks like nuts, olives, and canned soup.

Caffeine also helps raise low blood pressure, at least temporarily. Keep these foods in mind next time you’re feeling low blood pressure. It’s ironic how the “bad” foods are sometimes necessary to help us out. It just goes to show that moderation is key in most cases.
