#32: Sprain Vs. Fracture
A sprained ankle can happen to the best of us. But how can you tell if your injured ankle is sprained or fractured without going to the ER? An easy way to tell if your bone is fractured is if you feel nauseous when pressure is applied to the injury. Fractures can make you feel clammy, nauseous, and dizzy.

While a sprained ankle is no fun, a fractured ankle is much worse. Of course, it’s recommended that you go get any kind of injury checked out by a doctor, just in case. It’s better to be safe than sorry when it comes to injuries of this type.
