#14: Don’t Get Bitten By a Cat
Receiving an accidental scratch or nibble from our pet cats isn’t uncommon. However, you should be extra careful if you ever receive a bite from a cat. Cats carry a huge amount of bacteria in their mouths that can easily cause infections. As all cat owners and lovers know, cat teeth are extremely thin and sharp, causing bacteria to spread quickly under your skin.

Someone on Reddit shared that they got bit by their own cat. The betrayal. They had to go to the ER because their arm became swollen and red. So, even if you love and trust your cat with all your might, get a cat bite checked out. If you don’t, you’re putting yourself at risk of getting a bad infection.
