Honestly, it’s a little difficult to keep track of all the different rules that POC have to follow, and these don’t even stop when you’re at work. Studies show that managers are more likely to accuse POC of theft than their white co-workers, even when there’s no proof that they did anything.

Thankfully, the law may work in your favor for this one. If something like this happens to you, then you may be able to pursue a legal claim of discrimination against your employer. There’s no guarantee it will succeed, but it’s better to be safe than sorry in cases like this.
