Neal and His Glasses

More eyesight stories! “We used to tease Neal because he had glasses. Once, we took them from him. But then he started to tease us because now we had glasses,” is emblazoned on the image below. Outstanding move, Neal. Way to retaliate against the bullies. Side note: glasses are cool. Only cool kids wear them.

Regardless, we never understood why kids would tease people their age for donning glasses. More than likely those same individuals will require lenses for seeing at some point in adulthood. When you’re old, everything starts to decline. Your body, your eyesight, your reflexes, your teeth … your bowels. Nothing is immune to the aging process.
