I’m not sure anyone in this next entry is really coming off smelling like roses, to be honest. If the employer in question was indeed mean-spirited and terrible, and if she did flounce around wearing next to nothing where the hired help could see her, that’s definitely not great.

But the writer is also coming off sounding like a bit of a jerk. So she kept company with much younger men. If everyone there was consenting, so what? Also, referring to an elderly woman as “crusty” and having “reptilian skin” is a pretty unkind thing to do. Maybe the homeowner isn’t the only mean-spirited person in this story.
