Doggone Disastrous

What are you to do if you own white poodles and you would like very much for them to stay that way? Might you think that the correct solution is the same solution that you use for your laundry: good old-fashioned bleach? If you thought that was the correct answer, please never get a poodle. Or any kind of dog, for that matter.

Now, in the interest of fairness, we should draw attention to the fact that the woman in question was described as “elderly,” so there’s a chance that it was dementia speaking, rather than a sound-minded woman thinking bleaching her dogs was a good idea. By the way, in case you’re curious, they sell special shampoos to keep white pets white.
