Too far away

When we’re out and about in nature, it can be difficult to find places to throw away our trash. This is why many places have signs up encouraging you to take it home with you rather than littering. Not everyone listens, however, and a lot of people can’t be bothered to schlep all the way back to their car with their garbage.

When you’re sat on a park bench, not 4 feet from a trash can, however, there is absolutely no excuse to leave your trash on the floor. Not even laziness can account for these actions, as it would have been easier to lean over and throw it away than kneel down and place it on the floor.
