Watching the clock

Ah, another one-star review for a ridiculous reason. This time we’re at a pet store and the reviewer in question, Sarah, seems to think that closing times don’t apply to her. Surely any store should be grateful for her business, even if she turns up after the published closing time? Don’t they know that she is a regular customer?

The thing is, Sarah if they had let you in then you’d turn up 4 minutes late next time and expect to be let in. Then it would be 10 minutes. Before long you’d be expecting them to open at 9 pm just because your dog needs a new chew toy. Give them an inch, and they take a mile. People called Sarah, that is.
