The rules do not apply

Most rules are there for a reason, whether to keep us safe, keep others safe, keep our property safe or keep order. Some rules might be a little annoying if they stop us from doing things we want to do, but there is usually a good reason for having them in place. Some people decide the rules don’t apply to them, however.

Like this guy on the left. There are two possibilities here, either he had no idea that the striped area is there for a reason (to enable wheelchair users to get in and out of their cars), or he knew and decided that his need to park badly was more important. Either way, he needs educating, and fast, because right now this dad can’t get his son into the car and home.
