This job secret is so satisfying to learn about. Baristas hold a lot of power over their customers. They prepare and serve people’s first dose of caffeine. We all know that the perfect cup of coffee can make or break someone’s day. Considering the immense power they hold, people should remember to be nice to their local baristas. 

A former Starbucks employee anonymously confessed that they would intentionally make drinks with decaf if a customer were rude. This form of revenge is silent and ruthless. We kind of love it. So, remember to be polite and tip your barista. We wouldn’t want you to get a decaf latte one day.
