#49: Covering Pregnancy Down the Aisle
Due to societal standards that heavily affected weddings in the late 19th century, a bride who was clearly pregnant was considered dishonorable. Imagine the scandalous whispers that echoed through the halls when a pregnant bride graced the aisle. However, love conquers all, and family bonds transcend social norms’ boundaries.

It’s difficult not to be amazed by the extraordinary lengths individuals would go to protect their loved ones when you witness the story of a brother who appeared on the church roof, yelling like a maniac to divert attention from his pregnant sister walking down the aisle. Sometimes, in the face of adversity, the most remarkable moments are born from the audacity to defy convention and our devotion to our loved ones.
