A Marriage Bound to Fail

It’s pretty easy to google standard wedding vows, but many couples decide to write their own. It’s a sweet and romantic gesture that can be very heartwarming. It can also be super awkward. While it sounds like this groom nailed his vows, the bride did not do so well. But it sounds like she didn’t try very hard either.

It’s no surprise the marriage only lasted 6 months – the bride called it out. While the idea of saying “ditto” is cute and could be funny, it’s not something that will land well after a heartfelt expression of love. It sounds like this bride was relying on the laughs to get her through and when that failed, she rambled in an effort to get through it. Her vows were a reflection of the marriage.
