I Pledge Allegiance to the Band

It is a truth universally acknowledged that School of Rock is one of the greatest movies of the last few decades. Jack Black carries the movie, of course, but the other ingredient that makes it magic is the cute and funny students in his class. We all love them, so it’s touching to realize that Caitlin Hale and Angelo Massagli, who played Marta and Frankie, are now a couple.

Or at least, it’s touching until you realize that these two people who were just children when the movie was released are now actual grown-ups. And then you realize that the movie came out nearly twenty years ago. And then you realize that you’re ancient and it’s all down hill from here.
