The Greatest Feeling

It’s just a fact that your priorities change over time, and that what excites you as you get older will be very different from what excited you when you were younger. Dating, partying, living an exciting life—all that stuff matters when you’re young, but then you grow up and your priorities shift.

By which I mean your priorities shift to what really matters. A grocery pickup order with no substitutions? Impossible and amazing. Who needs a life of glamor when you finally got the brand of pesto you like without having to get out of your car and without the grocery store substituting it for a terrible brand of pesto?
