Here’s another pro tip – if you’re ever told to call a particular number, you should always check it out beforehand. If you don’t, you might call a premium line like this one, and you’ll end up forking out more than you should for a short telephone call. This 10-minute call cost $20!

However, I’m once again surprised at this guy’s naivety. Why on Earth would you win $10,000 just for sending in some mail to a company? Granted, this was the 90s, so people were more trusting of technology, but it’s quite silly on this person’s behalf. Nothing this easy is ever going to be good.
