Valuable Lesson

There’s nothing worse than being scammed by a loved one, especially when it’s your parents! Thankfully, this “scam” wasn’t quite a scam, but it was, in fact, a valuable life lesson in disguise. It’s something that I think I’ll teach to my future kids one day, as it’s very smart!

The father isn’t wrong, as gambling is essentially just a scam. There are so many factors against you that you’re almost guaranteed not to win anything at all. You should keep your money to yourself and spend it on something legit, don’t risk it on a wasteful opportunity like this.
