44. Does Anyone Know How to Fly This Thing?

That really inspires a vote of confidence in the pilot and everyone’s safety. When the pilot is telling you to pray for your safety during an emergency landing, you know it’s gotten really bad. This is the stomach-dropping moment of life.

And, it seems the passenger on board was much less willing to fly after this as they never quite forgot the experience. That’s understandable; they likely weren’t the only ones on that flight who felt that way afterward. There are always a lot of risks in flying, however tiny they are.
