28. Got That Weightless Feeling

I always wanted to skydive! The plane drifting for that brief moment was probably pretty scary, but really it’s just a testament to how well-built they are nowadays. Planes are designed to withstand extreme weather but can also function with little issue if their engines cease to work.

If one or more of its engines stopped working, the others are still effective to keep it moving. And even if all engines somehow stopped, it’s still not as serious as it seems. That’s what the wings are for. Depending on the altitude, even if all four engines stopped working, a plane could safely glide to the nearest airport.
