37. We’re Losing Altitude!
Another military flight story. These seem to be considerably more dramatic, likely because military flights are a bit rougher and less intended to be comfortable. They must have been losing a lot of altitude if they almost had to jettison the cargo though.

That alone says a lot about the risk they were facing, as it meant there was a threat to the crew on board. There may have been a few hiccups (read: a lot of hiccups), but all’s well that ends well. Definitely better to only know how dangerous it was after the fact.
