#8: Who Does That?

All this person had to do was run some soap and water on the knife, and everything would have been fine. I wouldn’t even do this in my own home, much less someone else’s! I don’t know about you, but I’d want to bleach my whole house if I saw this. Who knows what else this babysitter contaminated.

Seriously, there are over a million germs and 700 different types of bacteria in a tiny milliliter of spit inside your mouth. Even if you just brushed your teeth, they’re there. Even worse, mouth flora is contagious! If someone tends to get cavities, they can quickly spread the damaging microbes through kisses, sharing drinks, and, you guessed it, licking silverware and putting it back into the drawer.
