#18: That Poor Child
While this isn’t severe (thankfully), it’s still horrifying. If I hire someone to watch my baby, I need them to provide comfort. Babies cry when they need something. It’s their sole means of letting their caretakers know something isn’t right! To be constantly ignored and left to cry teaches them they can’t rely on those around them.

I’m baffled by how she got hired and stayed on long enough for them to discover more than one issue. All it would take for me to fire someone is one instance of ignoring my child or lying about leaving the house for a short stroll. If I can’t trust you, you can’t watch my kids. I’m hoping that the parents set up the nanny cam pretty quickly.
