Definitely Not Worth It

This next story isn’t just an example of a bad work environment, but it’s definitely illegal. This person had a coworker – or a supervisor, perhaps? – bring them into a small office in the back of a restaurant they both worked in. Then she clearly came onto them and said they “go along to get along.”

No matter what the situation, this is clearly in violation of not just company rules but also the law itself. This is an inappropriate and immoral way to treat employees, especially if there are people working there that truly need the money and will do anything to keep their jobs. We can’t blame this person at all for walking out.
