Not That Desperate

Mechanics are in high demand. If you live anywhere outside of a big city, there’s a high chance you are the owner of at least one vehicle. So how can certain shops provide terrible working conditions and still expect great mechanics to want to work there? It should be rare, but it seems to happen more than you would think.

This person ran into that situation right out of school. This is somewhere you’re going to spend at least 40 hours each week, so you may want it to a pleasant work environment. Luckily, we can almost guarantee there were other places hiring, and hopefully, the demand for the job gave this person their pick of employers.
