Magic Monkey

Who hasn’t lost an item that was really important to them? There’s nothing more annoying than misplacing something. Everybody can relate to the frantic scramble to find something you’ve lost, but the author of this post has an especially interesting lost-and-found story. In this case, our storyteller had a little monkey charm on their keychain in high school.

Although it probably wasn’t an item of significant monetary value, it was a decorative touch they loved having around, and they were pretty freaked out when the keychain suddenly broke, and the monkey was very nearly lost. Thankfully, OP was able to recover their keychain, albeit in a pretty weird way! It’s normal for keychains to break, but how do we explain this?
