#47: Common Phrase, Perfect Timing

Has this ever happened to you before? I’ve often had someone say a word at the same time I’m reading it, but I don’t watch television often, so it’s never been a random audio track in the background. If this happened to me, line for line, I might actually throw out the TV.

What happens to me much more often is that I’ll be writing something and look down to see that I’ve written exactly what someone talking to me is saying. I always have to double-check the words I’ve used in case my brain snuck one in. That’s what I get for trying to write with the kids and husband around!
