#36: A Blast from the Past
Anyone who can make a wedding dress gets massive respect in my book. I can barely sew a quilt! How cool is it that she made their friend’s mom’s dress? Who knows, maybe their friend wouldn’t even be here if it weren’t for that wedding dress. The world has a weird way of coming full circle.

A few fun facts about wedding dresses: White wasn’t the epitome of purity. In fact, blue represented purity back in the day. White symbolized wealth because it was hard to keep clean and, therefore, very expensive. The wedding dress phenomenon didn’t start until 1840 and was made famous by Queen Victoria.
