#10: You’ve Been Warned

Disturbing and unexplained things can happen during wartime, but this next story is something that truly can’t be explained by logic. During wartime in London, our storyteller’s grandma was forced to move out after her house was bombed down. She was living with a friend when one night, she got a clear – and creepy – warning.

She saw a dark and mysterious figure materialize on the stairs, who told her not to sleep in the upstairs bedroom that night. Whether or not you believe in ghosts – when you see one giving you a warning, you better take it seriously. For whatever reason – maybe it was intuition or gut feeling – his grandma heeded the warning, and it ended up saving her life.
