Based on the passerby’s confused look, it’s clear there was no themed event to justify these bizarre outfits. If it were Halloween, he’d likely go about his day, but this scene leaves him puzzled. This group’s attempt at a coordinated look seems to have gone astray.

On the far left stands a woman resembling a winter-themed ‘Cats’ character, complete with a wizard hat that only adds to the confusion. Beside her is a goth-inspired ‘Star Wars fan with wildly styled hair. Then, a jester who might’ve come from Queen Elsa’s court, and finally, a regular guy sporting an unruly cape.
