USA! USA! USA!
Many of us probably have at least one patriotic neighbor whose pride in their country goes beyond rational limits. This is an example of one of those people. He was complaining to IKEA about how they placed the Swedish flag at the same level as the American flag, as if IKEA was violating a law or something.

Well, it turned out that no, IKEA wasn’t breaking any law. In fact, the only time you can legally display one nation’s flag lower than another’s is during wartime, in which you wouldn’t want to put the enemy’s flag up in the first place. As far as we know, the USA and Sweden are good buddies, and IKEA did their homework on flags.
