Preferred Pronouns
Preferred pronouns or gendered pronouns are the pronouns people prefer others to use when referring to them. It’s becoming more and more common for people to choose a preferred pronoun that doesn’t match their gender, and some people prefer the use of gender-neutral pronouns.

Most people are fine with that and respect other people’s wishes, and some people don’t like the concept of preferred pronouns, such as this guy. According to him, “preferred pronouns are for people who lack confidence in themselves.” If you ask us, it’s the other way around. People with preferred pronouns are so confident in themselves that they know exactly how they want others to refer to them.
