Bear-ified

Bears might seem like big fluffy creatures you see on your Instagram feed doing cute things. But let’s get real; they’re not so cute when they’re rummaging through your trash or breaking into your car for a snack. Black bears are more common than brown bears, with around 600,000 roaming around North America. 

Brown bears are a bit rarer, with only 30,000 living in Alaska. Plus, brown bears can weigh up to 1,500 pounds, which is like the weight of a small car! So, next time you see a bear in the wild, remember – they may look cute and cuddly, but they’re still wild animals.
