#44: Who Looks at the Data?
This is a universal truth. We’re always more likely to jump on a new idea if it’s something we’ve put time and thought into previously. I mean, think about it. How often does someone bring up a concept in direct opposition to your thoughts, and you’re like, “Whoa! Yes! That’s excellent!”

If we’re being sincere, how many of us implement new ideas anyway? Sure, we can be open to them and agree, but in practice, we do the same old same old every day, day in and day out, because we’ve already put the time and effort into training ourselves, and we’re creatures of habit.
