#22: Fridays Be Fridays
After five days at work, everyone is tapped out. I’ve heard that some companies have begun shortening the work week to four ten hours days, Monday through Thursday, and I’ve never heard of a more brilliant idea. Of course, that would mean Fridays would become the new Thursdays, and we would probably stop caring at 9:10 in the morning.

Not only does it give employees an extra day off, but it cuts down on commuting traffic, ups production and employee morale, and still packs in the entire 40-hour work week. According to Newsweek, a few of the companies that have made the change are Awin, Basecamp, Bit.io, Bolt, and the Boulder County, Colorado Clerk and Recorder offices!
